i need this driver for windows 7
i cannot find any updated driver for this scanner

Try clicking on the http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/316-compatibility-mode.html that I have typed, it is a link to a tutorial that tells you how to do this

Select the "Windows XP (service Pack3)" you are showing in Snip.

That lets Windows 7 know it is an XP driver and to install it to work with Windows 7.

the device is already installed BUT.. as i try to scan something, its seems its not working

when you want to scan you click on a link try doing a right click and selecting Run as Administrator

i tried scanning using photoshop, then vuescan... but it says the scanner is not working properly.
uhmm... imma fix it tonight, im at work.

when i install the driver using option 1, it says here in the attachment



i tried the option three from compatibility mode. windows 7 already detected my scanner..here's the cap.


now my concern is that my scanner is not working, i tried adobe photoshop using WIA but and error occurred and says: "could not complete the Import command because of a problem with the scanner".

now what to do?

You must have a scan button that you use to work it, try right clicking it and selecting run as administrator

i tried installing the driver in windows XP (other PC) and its working flawlessly. Hmm...
