2GB Ram Installed (1.75GB Useable) On 64-bit Win7

cheers guys
what about my issue....
I have 4gb ram but 3.2gb usable on 32bit system. I dont want to upgrade to 64bit because its not stable as 32bit so is there other solution to get those 0.8gb?
or just to pull out 1gb ram but thats not what I want to do and I think its not good to use 3ram on dual core,or Im wrong?
my processor is 64 dual core

Read this - it explains it. Your situation is completely normal for a 32bit system. That's why I do not bother to put more than 3GBs into my 32bit boxes.

PS: Nothing wrong with 3GBs as long as they are pairs (2x1GB and 2x512MB).
