2HDD on windows 7

Hey guys,
i bought second HDD to add to my computer, basicaly the HDD is 3TB and i am just allowed to create 1 Partition
as showen on the screenshot i can't create the partition with 746 GB,
is there is away to do this?

Why cant you create partition, normally you just right click in the space select new partition, choose size and drive letter & job done

Windows has a limit of about 2.1 TB per partition if it is an MBR partition.
To have 1 partition of over this amount, the partition must be GPT.

Also, some manufacturers, e.g. Seagate, have developed utilities to assist.

I checked, and partition Wizard lists it as a feature as well.
