2nd monitor flickers

Hello all, I noticed lately my 2nd monitor flickers from times to time, im useing a 24"widescreen as my main monitor and at the moment my 2nd monitor is my Tv and thats roughly 37" and useing a hdmi-hdmi cable for the tv, now the flicker is not the whole screen its just a section in the middle and its like a flicker/jump/line.

What card / driver version are you using?

Did you update / change any drivers or settings prior to noticing the flickering, or has the flickering always been there on the 2nd display?

Does the TV flicker when used as TV?

No the tv dosnt flicker when watching notmal Tv programs just on the pc it's self and I havent updated the drivers when I was useing this tv but they are up to date

Does it flicker when you happen to play flash videos, like on youtube?

No but now that I think of it, it happens mostly when the Tv is left idle with nothing running on it but the weird thing is it hasnt happend not even once 2day lol
