I am assuming you want to install something like this into your drive bay? (or something similar?)

Never seen a 3.5mm phono to a 10 pin AAFP motherboard header connection but one could easily be built. Easiest way would be to remove a front panel I/O connector from an old case. Connect the 10 pin AAFP side to your motherboard, then connect your drive bay speakers male 3.5mm connection to the female 3.5mm line out connection.

Just to note – the motherboard AAFP audio connection is line level only. Good enough for low impedance headphones and connections to a powered, self-amplified speaker(s). But it may not have enough power to drive a speaker without amplification. In fact, trying this may even damage your motherboard. Make sure whatever drive bay speakers you are installing has a built in amplifier.
