3 BSOD Errors

Can a professional please see my minidumps and tell me what's wrong??? I have been having BSOD's since I built my computer! I have replaced RAM that I thought was faulty, replaced my HDD, and I still have no clue what the problem is! Someone please tell me what's going on!

Hi,the minidump points to memory issue,but for the moment please,
write here ur complete system specs.
PSU,Motherboard,CPU,RAM,GPU hard disks...everything!

Update all ur logitech software/drivers http://www.logitech.com/
Uninstall AVAST.
Download,install MSE http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx
Then do a RAM - Test with Memtest86+
