I am getting a new PC, with 4GB DDR3 RAM, and will upgrade it as and when its needed. As such, it needs 64 bit to utilise all 4GB, and any more I may add.

However, I have heard some things about games not working as well on 64 bit systems. Is this for all games or just older ones?

Also, do games such as Oblivion work as well on 64 bit?

It would be more of the older ones. Most games released in last 2 or so years have no problems with x64.

I just finished playing Crysis 64-bit for the last two hours.

My personal advice is to install 64-bit. The future is in 64 bits and, at the very worst, Windows software will be playing catch-up with you, rather than you playing catch-up with 64-bit in a few years. And you can't beat the "all the RAM you can eat" in 64-bit systems.
