Hi
I've just installed a new Samsung printer, connected by USB to a central pc on the network, which has 6 pc's, all running Windows 7.
I shared the printer, and proceeded to find the printer on each network pc. The central pc is 64bit, and on the network three other pc's are 64bit, and have found the printer without issues.
My problem is, there are two 32bit pcs on the network, neither will allow the printer installation. In the "Add a printer" process, it goes looking for a driver on Windows Update. Obviously nothing is found so I try browsing the installation CD without success.
I've tried downloading a universal driver from the Samsung website, but this doesn't work either.
Can anyone suggest the best way forward?
