3M XLR to USB cable problems

Hi guys. When I plug in my XLR to USB cable by 3M, its saying it is a USB headset even when I have a Microphone attached to it.

Anybody know how I can fix this?

go to the Realtek control panel and set the input device in the 'Microphone' tab and check your connector settings in the 'Audio I/O' tab
