Hello,

Iam new and I am sorry to give as little information, but when the BSOD arrive, I'm not at my computer.
Since November 29 is the 4th BSOD.
I have not installed new applications except Windows updates.

Yesterday I wanted to transfer files from my computer to a USB hard drive, and the hard drive was not recognized by the system.
The computer crashed but the BSOD has not appeared.
I rebooted.
I'm not sure there is a link between these incidents

The last BSOD happened during the night, and I have found it this morning
The identification is the same, the 4 times:

BCCode: 1000007e
BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
BCP2: FFFFF880010FC5F3
BCP3: FFFFF880037497F8
BCP4: FFFFF88003749050
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

I read the instructions
I don't find any topics on the same issue.
I update the Dm log zip file in my topic

I am ready to give any information or test you need to solve this issue

Thank you for your help

Kind Regards

François
