Not for a gamer....latency is the biggest factor to a good online gaming experience.

It's all down to what your pinging and the routes to that DC, ping testing some random server serves no purpose at all.

Yes i think in my city the same isp hosts this test that the school uses XD
Otherwise it is around 40ms to other cities which would b still nice for gaming.

Absolutely agree. It's usually the ping time displayed in game...which measures from you to where you need to be.
