I factory reset my laptop Nov. 15th. It is 3.5 years old and I wanted to start over.
Asus N53S
GeForce GT 630M
i7 2670QM
8GB Memory
Windows 7 64-bit

I have noticed that the computer becomes unresponsive and/or crashes a little while after waking up from Sleep/Hibernate. I think I can contribute the 3 most recent crashes to this. The first 2 I think may have been something else, but am unsure.

In addition to crashing, the computer becomes unresponsive, for reasons I don't know. Based on the event viewer I have manually held down the power button over 15 times to shut off the computer because it hangs up (mouse moves but nothing works).

I attached my .zip of the minidump analysis

I have taken a look at Windows Debugger and BlueScreenView. From Windows Debugger, all BSOD gave the error:
"DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)"

All but one of the minidumps show:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for nvlddmkm.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for nvlddmkm.sys
Probably caused by : pci.sys

This is that one, which is the 4th crash:
Probably caused by : usbccgp.sys

As seen in the picture, I also used BlueScreenViewer. This indicated that ntoskrnl.exe is causing problems in every single crash. This picture is attached.

Interestingly enough, I turned on Boot Logging. This returned:
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
Loaded driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\nvlddmkm.sys

Since these drivers seem to load with no problems on boot, and I've noticed a trend that the computer is crashing shortly after waking up from Sleep/Hibernate, maybe it fails to load these drivers if the laptop is put on some sort of standby.

Here is more pasted text from WinDBG that leads me to believe nvlddmkm is causing problems.

I think it is also worth noting that I am unable to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tools. While using the computer, I select the tool, the computer restarts and I see the ASUS screen then the screen goes black but is still on. I have waited 15 minutes on multiple occasions to see if it eventually runs the diagnostic, but it never did. To shut the computer off, all I need to do is press the power key as opposed to holding it down - which is very weird. I have also tried running the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tools from the advanced boot menu F8. The same exact thing happens. I wanted to try the MemTest86 tonight, but it's 5AM and I need to sleep... I also don't really have a spare flash drive to format.

I apologize, it took me some time to write that last post and I did not see your post. I must have interrupted the process of copying the logs to the .zip when I uploaded the first time. Here are my DM Logs again. Thanks

p.s. I removed the ipconfig file, I doubt it's useful and I'd rather it not be uploaded.

I just had another crash today. I fell asleep with my laptop on and it died/went into hibernation. I booted it up today and was just browsing the internet with a few tabs open. After about 10 mins, the computer hung up on opening a pdf, then I regained control. 1 minute later the computer went black then blue screened. So I'm pretty confident that the problem stems from sleeping/hibernating the computer.

Here is my most updated logs

Try booting in safe mode and see if the zip does contain 19 .txt and 1 .nfo files.
There are many files missing.

Please remove ASUS software, it is known for causing bluescreens.

Please update the Atheros network driver and Intel Chipset controller driver.

If you are switching between GPU's, it is recommended to use the default one while troubleshooting
