5 Folders(below) opens in this order, always get re-arranged

Hi Guys

The 5 Folders(those below in .jpg file) open in this order, always get re-arranged.
They will get re-arranged after a few days.
Can we "lock" the order to what we want and not get auto re-arranged

Right Click on your taskbar > Properties > At the Taskbar Buttons : choose "never combine"

becomes
C:my documents f:/temp F:/mov c:my computer f:dvd

can we lock them in the first 5 order??
