Win7 is on an SSD and today it gave me so many problems booting that I actually unseated my GPU, RAM, and unplugged and replugged all my drives. I had a problem a few months back with bad SATA cables.

Anyways my PC had to be rebooted about 3 times this morning because it would load to desktop and then freeze. This time it didn't. But it did take 5 minutes to boot during which point it kept freezing and black screening. And I got a popup from Ccleaner saying I have 6 GB of temp files. These are the files. Is my SSD dying? I synced all my important files to my 2 backup HDDs and my backup SSD.

And some documents are being renamed on the desktop.

Also on a side note when I put my PC to sleep mode I keep getting the hardware connect/disconnect tune every couple of minutes and I have to CTRL ALT DEL to wake the PC up.

I'll give that a shot. I don't know how to use it though. Also the thing about the temp files is that they're 6 GB large but my SSD has 30 GB of space left. I recently cleaned temp files before all this and it was still at 30 GB. So why didn't these temp files come up before and why do I still have the same 30 GB of space left as before I had these temp files?

It's like these temp files aren't accounted for in my 30 GB of space I have left if that makes sense.

ok this is weird because now it's saying I only had 16 MB worth of temp files when I ran Ccleaner. Also I can't install that program because it keeps giving me a Error #72133 and I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps. I don't think anything's going to work here.

I'll make a stab...

I think the system didn't shut down or didn't boot up properly and Windows trashed either the swap file or associated sleep recovery files. Windows recovered those fragments you see in he list.

I would do a couple things. First, SHIFT-DELETE all of those files but do it 10 files at a time (SHIFT-DELETE is perminant and doesn't go to the trash bin).

Next, set your swap file size to no more than 2GB (unless you work with many large files at the same time such as video editing).

Reboot.

Defrag.

Regards,
GEWB

thanks GEWB. Actually when I tried to find those files in my temp folder they were all gone. And actually @whs, I reached out to soluto and they said they stopped developing and supporting PC management software after their acquisition.
