I recently installed Win 7 Ultimate on my machine and I figured this card may have problems cause it wasn't the newest card on the block but.
I have googled around and people have been having problems with it, some solved it by using the old Vista drivers (apparently that works) or just by buying a new video card.
Anyways, I have an XP partition as well and it works flawlessly on that install, I can play games with full 3D and everything however when I boot into Win 7 I can't use Aero and I can't play any 3D games. I looked at the card under Device Manager and there was no errors etc. I ran dxdiag and that says D3D is enabled. but DirectDraw Accel was not available as well as AGP Texturing (given it is a PCI-E card)
I am using the latest Windows 7 Drivers from Nvidia.com If anyone can help with this that would be great. Thank you.
