64bit BSOD Problems and Crashing

Hi,

For the last few months now every so often my pc will freeze, I am unable to do anything but turn my desktop off from the power. This happened in different situations but I have no idea why. Around the same time I also started to get BSOD. I leave my Pc on occasionally over night to download stuff through utorrent but when I check the next day the pc has restarted after a blue-screen. If I leave it on all day without downloads it seems fine the only difference is utorrent and seems to crash within 30 minutes after being left as my downloads barely progress.

the only other thing I can say is my graphics card is ATi Radeon X1650 and when I install ATi CCC drivers my steam says video drivers are not installed but games run fine. Not sure if this could affect it in any way.

I have Windows 7 x64 build 7600
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+
Biostar A740G M2+
ATi Radeon X1650
Kingston 2GB Ram

Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome!

Both dmps point to a network driver issue. Try updating your network adapter drivers.

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, memory referenced
Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff80002893182, address which referenced memory

Just to Double check, to fix the network issues i downloaded the LAN driver and installed it from here
BIOSTAR :: A740G M2+ :: Driver
this is definatly my Mobo but did i install the correct thing?

Cheers

Still points to network driver.

Try deleting the file C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Rt64win7.sys. Reboot, and you hopefully you should be good to go.

Good luck!
