64bit Install? Dual boot with winxp?

Existing: Dual Boot
Windows 7 RC Beta partition 1
Windows XP 32 partition 2

Can have Windows 7 64 bit on partition 1 and WinXP 32 bit on partition 2 for dual boot?

Is it worth the trouble/issues etc to run windows 7 64 bit?
