6GB of RAM installed, only 2.99GB usable

Hello,
I really want to use NVIDIA Shadowplay but it is showing that apparently I have 3GB of RAM installed and 6GB usable. What can I do? I've attached the image of it.

You can't have 5.99 useable with only 3GB installed. What is the screenshot from?
In the Start :orb:Search type msconfig to open the System Configuration window, if UAC asks, allow it to run. Select the Boot tab and click the Advanced button. The BOOT Advanced Options window will open.


Uncheck the box for Maximum Memory if it is checked. Click OK, Apply and reboot for the change to take affect.

It should be OK, some Dell Hardware is using .01GB of RAM. Have you tried running your program?

Yeah sorry the Screenshot is from NVIDIA geforce experience. Trying to use shadowplay to record some gameplay. It wont let me use it because apparently I don't have 4gb of RAM or higher.
