Solved 7 2008R2 BSOD IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL on Deployment to HyperV

So after upgrading my MDT, Windows Deployment Server for Windows 10, i've found that when i attempt to install Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008/R2 on a HyperV virtual machine it blue screens with the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. When I install Windows 7 or 2008 on a physical computer it succeeds and Windows 8/2012+ all install fine on HyperV.

Is the bluescreen on your physical system or on the virtual machine?

in the VM, i've noticed it not only on our HyperV 2012 servers but a couple laptops we have with Windows 10 and hyper-v set up on them. Either way when a 6.3 version of Windows is installed it will blue screen. They can install Windows8+ and Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 both work on a physical computer install.

Disabled driver injection on the task sequences and that resolved it, since i do install these OSs on demo machines i might create a seperate task sequence for VM and physical installs on the older OSs I wonder what exactly changed on the migration to MDT 2013 update 2 or rather what drivers were causing the issues on those OSs with HyperV but it's solved
