7 is not installing on my pc

i am not able to install windows 7 on my Intel(R) 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics Controller.
my processor is intel p4 2.4
i have 1 GB RAM
it says code 5 error on booting from dvd
but i install it on core 2 duo processor it works on it.
HELP ME....THNX IN ADVANCE
i am ATTACHING THE WINDOWS 7 UPGRADE ADVISOR FILE
THE PERSON WHO HELP ME IN INSTALLING WINDOWS 7 , I WILL GIVE HIM MY KEY OF WINDOES 7 ULTIMATE TRUELY, BUT PLZ HELP ME

Hello again.

I answered you in the other post:

1) install from XP without formatting to overwrite XP.

Or

2) create a second partition, format and install from XP to the second partition for a Dual Boot XP/Win7.
