7/XP from SSD

I plan on upgrading to a SSD. I would like to know a. is it possible to dual boot XP Pro/ 7 Ultimate from one SSD and b. How should I set it up? Can an SSD be partitioned?

I have one of my SSDs partitioned with three drives; programs, data, and games.

The best method to use so XP will install as C: which it will not do if it is not installed to the first partition on the SSD/HDD, and you can still end up with Windows 7 in the first position on the SSD; have a look at this tutorial at the link below and be sure to post back with any further questions you may have and to keep us informed.
