Humanoid-catlike people from another planet who is destroyed find there way to a primordial planet Earth and fight off the evil forces of Mumra and the Mutants of Plundaar. With his Ancient Sword of Omens Lion-O summons the Thundercats to action which usually ended up kicking the ever living crap out of the bad guys. Great theme song and totally awesome animation ala the Japanese. It's a classic and anyone else who says otherwise is a stupid head fat face!
SilverHawks - Same creators as the Thundercats, this team of "partly metal, partly real" super heroes springs into action to protect the distant Galaxy of Limbo against the sinister forces of Monstar and his band of intergalactic criminals. The theme song was on par with Thundercats with the trademark opening of their mechanical hawk spy satellite "TallyHawk". Silverhawks totally ruled!
