A drive locked by BitLocker got a bad sector!

Ok, So here's the issue, a friend of mine have a 1TB WD external drive, which got a bad sector after someone unplugged it during file transfer, issue is, my friend doesn't have the Recovery Password, or anything, only the password he uses to unlock the drive, the drive got vital information, and they must be retrieved.

Any ideas?
