Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 32 bit
- the original installed OS on the system? No, I upgraded from Windows Vista home edtions 32 bit to Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit one week ago.
- an OEM or full retail version? OEM
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? Around four years
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) See #2

So I have been getting BSODS for about 2-3 months now and I have finally decided to do something about it. About one week ago, due to my lack of computer knowledge, I figured that upgrading from Vista to W7 would get rid of my BSODS. It didn't lol.

The computer im using is a pre built computer:

AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ 3.00 Ghz
3 Gigs of RAM
32 bit Windows 7 Ultimate

The BSOD i get the most frequently is BAD_POOL_HEADER, Stop: 0x00000019
and then I also get: APC_INDEX_MISMATCH, STOP: 0X00000001

and thats really all the information I know to give. If you need anymore of my system specs and can show me how to find them, feel free to do so :).

I attached my DMP files and my System Health Report files for you guys to look through and as always, ALL HELP IS APPRECIATED :)

Thanks for the quick reply and I'm sorry i've taken so long to reply back but i've just been super busy with school and work. I see I have a lot of out of date drivers and I made an attempt to find the place where i could download updates to those drivers but I had no luck. Also, how do I go about removing some of the drivers?

Thank you for all the help you've given so far

Some of these drivers may be needed by some applications, removing them might cause more problems
I'll advice a Clean Install Windows 7
