I searched around but didn't find any soulution.

Is there a way to start a 'global' search in Outlook 2010.
I have 5 IMAP and 2 POP3 accounts in my Outlook 2010
and I want to search in all mails at once.

I only found a way to search in one account at once (search folders).
Is there another way?

MPREv Not perfect solution but if you have a manageable number of PSTs and reasonably static search criteria this can work well:

  1. Set up a custom search folder in each PST with the same search criteria you seek.
  2. Add them to Favorites View - Must be in Favorites view to add a favorite.
  3. Set folder properties to show either "Unread Items" or "Total Items" as needed
  4. At a glance you can see if any of your PSTs have the desire search results

I use it to check for unread emails and deleted items in 4 separate "delivery" PSTs. Also OL opens, the unread item count and total item count for deleted are shown and you can action each quickly.
