Solved A Little Different Issue With CP Icons

New to this forum. Thanks for providing it. Very professional, I must add.

Having the icons in 3 seperate vertical columns, each in alphabetical order, is a little weird. Having delt with every OS since Microsofts inception, they're not very good about changing things like that.

What I'd like to fix: In previous versions, when you would expand/contract the window, the icons would fill the window. Nothing happens now. I would like to have them all in the window view without having to scroll.

Any ideas?
