A long delay at "Please Wait" or "Welcome"

Hello !
I have a PC with windows 7.
Is a new clean installation made 2 days ago.
Today I have noticed that windows takes a very long time on the screen " Please Wait" . Sometimes the same things happen to "Welcome" screen.
I clear the startup list.
I clear also all the startup item from windows registry.
I check the HDD and RAM but everything is ok.
I have installed all the windows updates and all the drivers updates.
I try some suggestions that I've found on internet like disabling the Network Locations awareness ...etc.

But nothing is working. Of course on safe mode , everything works fine.

I check the performance details about Event ID 100 , and these are the results :

You are being held up by your disk. Try another disk, preferably a SSD.

And why I'm not being held by my disk when running on safe mode ?
And why everything works ok after the Please wait and Welcome screen ?

Safe mode loads very few modules - only the essentials. Once you are running, the demand on disk access is only minor and you also benefit from Superfetch.

Strange that you don't know it .Ok , this is a 3D graphical software from autodesk , and has a very large disk access demands.

Move data from a partition to another . I think do you know that this is all related with disk drive.
This process for very large files is done on a normal time like in other pc. not delay at all.

What is the difference ? I have a SSD and you have a slow disk.

You can make an experiment and set the prefetch time to 0 (zero). But I am not sure whether that helps. Here is how:

Open regedit and browse to this entry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory
Management\PrefetchParameters

and to the right side double click,

Enable Prefetcher

set the value to 0

You don't have a 'problem' with your disk. It is just slow.. Move the OS to a SSD and it will boot in less than 20 seconds.

Had the same issue. Went to Services.msc, and changed setting of Network Store Interface Service - switched to delayed start. Problem gone. Clearly there's something in the startup and network process hanging, but this side stepped it.
