Thanks mike, really helpful dude since ive never heard of google.

Still if any one knows if drivers need to be manually configured after a clean install on a mac it would be appreciated.

NO, you don't have to install any drivers after a clean OSX Snow Leopard install, all the drivers comes with the OS, it installs and configures itself. Drivers are only needed for some of the new printers and peripherals, nothing else.

Bootcamp, bootcamp drivers are only needed if you are installing Windows on a separate partition, you dont need those for OSX Snowleaoprad (or any other version of OSX for that matter)

My pleasure. You should try Google, very useful. The answer to your question is no, normally not. The drivers are installed by the system when you install.

Do have a nice day.
