I installled a software. It will open using vmware.
By mistake i tried to open the setup.exe file with vmware. It gave an error that it cannot be opened using vmware.
Then suprisingly all my files in my laptop are now opening with vmware. i.e. It all turned to vmware symbol and now i cant
open anything. If i try to open something it says it cannot be opened with vmware. I dont how to change it:(:(
Nothing is working. Internet explorer is also opening with vmware. Unable to do system restore. Because even that opens like that:(:(:(
I am using Windows 7,64 bit OS.
Does anyone has any idea about this??

If you cannot do what yowanvista suggested, because the zip wants to open in vmware, you might try to use system restore in safe mode. Enter into safe mode:

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/69585-safe-mode.html

Choose safe mode with command prompt> After command prompt opens, type:

rstrui.exe

and press enter. when System Restore opens, pick a restore point from before the problem started. Good luck. A Guy
