A problem caused the program to stop working correctly

ok the only things that really works is firefox..IE dosent work i click it but nothing pops up.I ran CleanMyPc and found over 800 errors.When i clicked fix it a windows poped up and said this "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

I tried installing RegCure but it never open after installation is complete..i cant restore a back up cuz it wont let me.The only the only thing i can do is browse firefox.I cant even watch youtube cuz the sound dosent want to work.Im runnign out of option and i dont want to reset my pc :cry:PLEASE HELP!!!!

If you are having a lot of system errors and program crashes, my advice is to byte the bullet and do a clean install. If you don't want to take that route I'd start by scanning my system for malware. Do a virus scan after updating to the latest definitions. You may also want run Malwarebytes. When did the problems start? What do you think might have caused it?
