A problem occurred

I get this error message when I try to create a new email or reply to one.
"A problem occurred while trying to open this message. A problem occurred. Please try again."

I did an update for windows then started getting a sorttbls.nlp error. When I tried to reply or create a new message I got the error of a problem has occurred. I have tried several things to get rid of the sort error but it is still there. I have tried to fix the error in programs for email but that does not work either. When I select links in email those work fine.

My mind reading capabilities are a tad slow today...


1.What email client are you using?


2.What update did you have a problem with when you received the sorttbls.nlp error message?

We need the KB number.

3. Have you tried a System Restore PRIOR to these problems occurring?


4. Have you checked in Event Viewer?


To check for problems you need to do the following.

Event viewer.
Type eventvwr in search and go to the windows log>application tab.
Look for errors that have red in the left hand column that say anything relating to the CURRENT problem.
When you find any make a screenshot and upload them to us.
What information appears in event logs? (Event Viewer)
