a problem with the window boot manager

Hello
I have window 7 64 bits works on hp pavilion dv3 laptop The problem is that every time I push F2 or F4 or F4 or F6 .....F8 F10 .......etc I see the "window boot manager " screen it does not work like before whereas every single key takes you to a specific screen How to get rid of this problem ?

Run a Startup Repair to see if it finds problems to fix - you may have to run it several times. Best to run from DVD or REpair CD.

If it persists please post back a camera snap of the screen you're describing or type out everything on it.

Is this factory preinstalled WIn7 or did you install it yourself? WHere did you get it, if so?

Please fill out specs in bottom left corner of your post.

THE window has been installed by the company i have caused the problem i do not know what i have done

Does it boot into Win7 at all?

What Operating Systems are listed to choose from? What happens if you choose each?

What exactly did you do that might have caused this?

Try entering System Recovery Options to run Startup Repair to see if this helps. If not go back in and run System REstore to a point before this problem started.

the operation systems available in that choice are too many such as start up with advanced .....repair your computer
boots start up .... and start up normally I do not know what i have done previously when i push F2 i see test screen where there are many choices
do you have the constant bios screen of the 7 window i might have played with that screen which has consequently damaged my laptop

I cannot understand your answer. Will Win7 start up? If so, what is the problem?

If not, and you are afraid you made changes to BIOS setup then look for setting to reset BIOS to optimal defaults, Save the changes and Exit.

Do not make changes in BIOS without knowing for sure what they do.

the start up is fine there is no problem with it the problem is that when i push any F key i see the same screen boot manager screen
i have tried the REPAIR feature However after finishing repair it tells me that i have send the errors that occur eventually to MICROSOFT

i did not mess with the bios settings something in my device has changed automatically as it seems to me which also has prevented my laptop to work on the battery

What happens when you reset the BIOS to optimal defaults?

I gave you a tutorial for doing this. If you have any questions to get it done correctly then ask back but don't just ignore the advice given and expect us to tag along.

sorry i did not mean that i have a question if i reset it back to the factory defaults what happens then let us assume that 5there is change in my computer and i reset to the factory defaults what happens then ?
secondly if the secondary test of the battery did not pass and the primary test pass during the start up what does that mean ?

Resetting the BIOS to optimal defaults will not affect anything other than changes you have previously made, or may not know you made. Read the instructions carefully in this tutorial: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

You can also enter BIOS setup and look under Power settings for Battery settings. They may have changed from optimal which is why I suggest resetting BIOS to optimal defaults.

Well I did reset it However it turned out to be that there was no change in the BIOS
The problem is in the power system of my computer according to a computer technician I guess the fact that the BIOS was reset to the optimal defaults the automatically included the power settings right......... the problem is that the laptop is a new one i do not know what to do if I take it to a computer technician he will dissociate it and also it may cost a lot of money ....anyway thank you very much and I am sorry if I was careless with your devices
