I have a question about upgrading the RAM in my laptop because I really want to get up to 16 GB of RAM. I have 6GB of Kingston DDR3 SODIMM PC3-10600 @ 1333 MHz currently running in my system. Here is what I am looking to buy, but I am not sure if it will work:

If I get this, I will be up to 14GB and then I just need to replace one of the 2GB sticks with a 4GB stick to get to 16.
Notice how on this page (listed as the link in blue above) it says that the RAM is for " Apple iMac ".
My question here is as follows:
All of the specifications for the RAM in my system and the RAM here match, apart for that the RAM listed above is for Apple iMac, so, will the RAM for the like above still work in my system, or is this RAM (listed above in link) really only somehow for the Apple iMac?

And also, if anyone comes across an actual link for a dedicated 8GB stick of RAM for the Asus G73Jh-RBBX05, please let me know so that I can get it!
