A running program isn't compatible with certain visual elements of windows.
The Color Scheme has been changed to Windows 7 basic.

Before you say, "This has been answered! Look here: (link)," hear me out. I know this has been happening to some users because a game isn't compatible, but this happens to me EVERY TIME I minimize Google chrome. I find this very annoying and would love some help!
Thanks, Nickname97

When did this start happening? Has Chrome ever not done this? Sometimes an update can cause undesirable behavior. Firefox does it to me constantly -- to the point where I can't use it for this site anymore.
