In the meantime you see that I have already stated to you Norton and AVG's Reply, both of them focussing on x64 compatible, not x64 native. I am also going to contact Kaspersky Labs and Panda today. Actually the anti malware suites out there are as close to my expectation as they are away from it. Already many replies are coming and many more will come. This forum's OSM. Whatever be the fact, I will find one. This post will also help many others too.
Anyway the closest to my choices till now is Alwil Avast. Next to it is Bitdefender.

Eset Nod32 Antivirus 4... Prevx 3.....HitmanPro3.5...Malwarebytes...CCleaner...these are the things I use and run on my X64bit Win7 Ultimate with no hassles. Keeps me safe and does well at cleaning up traces of anything.
P.S. As for an auto upgrading A/V good luck...from all my experiences they want you to manually upgrade to the newest versions...I see it as a sales pitch that they do not seem to offer auto upgrades but it doesn't take me as much time to upgrade my A/V as it did you to do all of this posting.

Something else is that these "hackers" out there don't really have time for us individual users with these puny firewalls on our machines. If you look at it from a hackers point of view - You're trying to get into someones machine and you notice that said user only has windows firewall. As a hacker, I would think that this person has nothing valuable to hide, else he won't just have windows firewall. But when you see someone with the best, most expensive or even more than one firewalls, it raises a flag which says "Hey - This dude is trying to protect something". As a hacker, that's who I would target.

But hey, that's just me.

You want the Butter & the Seller all together....none of those seller of AV will accept you to dump them. They can accept criticism easily but not being jerk around, unless you pay the price of their services and that they do their job in return.

If you want to update from 2009 to a 2010 version it is basicly make of a common sense that you've to renew your contract...or upgrade for cheaper the price.

I did not mean that I wont pay them, what I meant is that I will be able to avoid that junk of orphaned registry entries. Do check the software section of my sys spec. For many users this, that is my post may sound utterly rubbish, eg TGSoldier, but the wearer knows where the shoe pinches. When you uninstall an av, do you know that a host of orphaned files and registry entries are left by it, even if you use those nifty uninstaller packages like that norton provides. Why you know? As during the time of installation all those virus signatures it updated, which added to some 2k registry entries were not present. So the uninstaller, i.e. Even those tiny winy uninstaller can't remove. Don't belive me? Well use win32/dasm to check it. Not techie? Never mind. Use Ashampoo Uninstaller to take a snapshot of your system, then again after an year, aftes your av uninstallation, take another snapshot. Compare both. Looks good, eh!
And my job includes a complete study of win registry and other discipline, strictly buisness. And for those who don't know, both AVG and Avast provide full version upgrades as long as your license is valid. Please comment only if you understand the topic. Read earlier replies and then comment.
