a wallpaper problem...

Hi dear friends,
I'm new at this forum and also Windows 7 environment...

Nowadays, I encountered a problem on my wallpaper. "Help and Support" (?) window has been located as picture to the middle of the wallpaper.
Also when i change my wallpaper then this window picture doesn't disappear again. So how can i solve my problem?

Download a wallpaper , place it in any folder, right click on it and "set as desktop background".

If after the two methods followed still the problem is there, you should opt for a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html using a restore point earlier than the date of first occurence of that problem.
