A week ago my pc started crashing and my physical memory usage got very high and every time it got to maximum my pc crashes I googled a lot for help and nothing helps I can't solve it in task manager and my OS shouldn't be the problem since this started a week ago and I have this PC for more than a year and before I could have 10 programs running and 15 tabs open in chrome and now I can't open 5 can some1 please help me??
