My current Movie library is D:\videos\movies\'lots of films'
I have set YAMMM to work on this folder(and it great), i want to start backing up my film collection but its too big and takes too long so i was going to change the film directory to D:\videos\movies\A,B,C,D etc, will YAMMM still work if i leave it on the movies folder or will i have to set YAMMM to run on each folder? this way i can backup a-d one night e-g the next etc.

also, will doing this affect media centre?

Thanks,

DxxS.

It will still work. It recursively goes through each subfolder. Media Center will work also, be default it scans 3 folders deep.
