AAm I safe? Are there any compatibility issues?

I'm using the Mcafee suite (and after finding out that it fails with the removal of spyware) with malwarebytes free edition and superantispyware free edition.

So, will there e any compatibility issues? Am I safe? :O Do I need anything else?

I personally have had nothing but trouble with McAfee, including the same problem of it failing to remove spyware/viruses. And quite a few other people have had problems with it.

My recommendation: D/L Microsoft Security Essentials (Which consistently caught things on my FD that McAfee failed to catch). MSE will also "play well" with many of the other applications, including Malwarebytes.

What you choose as your AV is up to you, I'd suggest reading this:

Malwarebytes is definitely a good program to have. I've never had any problems with it. I've never had superantispyware, but I hear it's a good program and one of the few that can weed out various fake AV's

I've heard about how MSE is better, and I think I will change my AV, but how should I go about removing Mcafee? (it looks really difficult >.<)

If I change to MSE, should I still keep Malwarebytes and Superantispyware?

Keep the Malwarebytes it is not an active scanner unless you buy the Pro version.

I update it and run it every 7-10 days as a back up checker.

I'll see if I can find an uninstalller for the McAfees for you.

To perform automatic McAfee removal you can download the MCPR removal tool.
In the File Download dialog box, select the Save button and save the tool on the Desktop
Next, close all McAfee programs running on your PC and double-click the MCPR.exe file. (If you are performing the removal on a Vista system, then, right-click on the file, and select the Run as Administrator option.)
Next, restart your PC when the removal tool finishes and prompts you to do so.
All McAfee products will be removed from the system after the computer restarts.

Yes, keep Malwarebytes and Superantispyware...unless there's a problem, but as I said, MSE plays well with a lot of programs

A bit complicated to remove McAfee's. Step 1 is easy enough then do Step 2.

Windows Vista \ 7

1. Click Start, Search, type Programs and Features, and click Go.
2. Double-click Programs and Features.
3. Select the McAfee SecurityCenter product.
4. Click Uninstall and follow the steps provided.

Step 2 - Download and run MCPR.exe

1. Download the removal tool from: http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe
2. Click Save and save the file to a folder on your computer.
3. Navigate to the folder where the file was saved.
4. Make sure all McAfee windows are closed.
5. Double-click MCPR.exe to run the removal tool.
   
   NOTE: Windows Vista users must right-click MCPR.exe and select Run as Administrator.
6. Restart your computer after receiving the message CleanUp Successful.
   Your McAfee product will not be fully removed until the system is restarted.
