Disabling Services does nothing to conserve energy unless you have a ruwaway Process that is hogging your CPU which requires troubleshooting in other ways.

You should keep Win7 fully updated for best security and performance. Optional Updates will help keep your drivers current and can also be trusted and useful.

Use the Win7 firewall with a free lightweight AV like Microsoft Security Essentials or Avast 6.

would you mind to clear me that if i disable wan n bluetooth driver does it is harmful for my system
as dell says
thanks for your comment :D

I would not disable Services. It often has unintended consequences depending upon how you use your computer.

If the purpose as stated is to conserve energy, it will not.

If you are not using Bluetooth or WAN you can disable these devices in Device Manager.

By disabling these devices your computer will get no harm. But you can forget about their power consumption if your system is connected to power supply.
