Hi I need a help about excel I'm working on excel before but i forgotten now how to crop the columns and row after i finish assesment

Click and hold on A1 then drag the define box to include all your rows and columns then release. Click on the Page Layout tab at the top, click on Print Area drop down and choose define print area. That's always worked for me. This still allows you to have values or tables outside the print area but only prints the rows and columns you want.
