What will happen if I accidentally installed a Windows 7 ultimate x64 bit on a Intel Core 2 Duo that is x86 bit based processor?:sarc:

Is there a chance that my processor will be broken?

No, x86 processors support both 32-bit and 64-bit
All Intel Core 2 Duo CPUs supports 64-bit

It shouldn't have let you install it. Are you sure it's a 32 bit processor? Some of mine have turned out to be 64 bit.

Even if it didn't, it would certainly not damage the CPU.

As mentioned above, the installation simply would not have proceeded.

Nope. They are pretty robust and it takes quite a bit to kill a CPU :)
