"About Windows" - where is this found?

Hi. I'm just curious as to how I would pull up this screen on my PC:

While I'm here, where does Win7 'Professional' come from? I thought all these 'builds' were of Win 7 Ultimate...

And why would the version in the above screenshot already have a Service Pack installed??

Gotcha. Many thanks. Anyone know about 'Professional, SP1' and where it comes from (given that all I've ever seen before is 'Ultimate')?

Ultimate is the only 1 available, you can edit a file within the ISO that is downloaded to allow selection of the version installed but they keys distributed are only for Ultimate and wont work for any other version.
