Access denied every time i try to download something

Hello there my name is Callum

Today i went to update my java and accepted after this is realized i had agreed to install their toolbar of which i did not want to do so i cancelled the download and went to do it again this time stating i did not want the tool bar but anyways now every time i try to download anything on my computer i get a error message come up that says "Access is denied" and it is driving me crazy and i was wondering if anyone would be able to help me fix this problem thanks alot. ^.^

Also iv tried a few thing already such as restoring my computer to factory settings and such however it will not allow me to do this.

I'd try the offline installer.

Have you tried this. Use a restore point before you did the Java update.
Are you sure you need Jave. Many don't.
Could you post a website you tried to update Java from?

My last restore point i can restore from is the first time i tried to update java there isnt one that goes before that unfortunately
