Access to the network printer in Windows 10 raised error 0x00000709

Hi there experts,
I have small network with a 5 PC's. But there are different operating systems on it. Two of the PC's have Windows 7 (Professional/Ultimate) installed and the rest of PC's - Windows 10 Pro. (In all systems a Workgroup is deployed)

The problem: On one of the PC's with the Windows 10 Pro there is a shared printer HP LaserJet P1006.

Issue: In the PC with Windows 7 (no matter Pro or Ultimate) the connection to the network shared printer (via IP) was made successfully! But, in the PC's with Windows 10 Pro each PC acts identically, rising message "Operation could not be completed (error 0x00000709)".
Some workarounds: The similar posts with solutions to edit the Registry was not helpful.

How we solve the problem and connect to the shared network printer?

I solved this issue!
This problem occurs AFTER security update KB5006670 for Windows 10.
