accessing the "Send to" file

Hello. I have tried in vain to add a file to the send to folder. I have pasted in the address as shown in many help programs but all that turns up is the normal screen filled with places one can find how to add to send to.
I want to add Power Point Viewer to the send to folder. Can anyone show me the exact steps needed to achieve this? Thank you.

Enable viewing of hidden folders.

The send to folder is within your user profile folders.

Create a shortcut there for the option you want to have showing.
