Accidentally Deleted all start menu programs!!

Im on windows 7 Ultimate 32bit.
I accidentally deleted all the shortcuts from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs...
And now i dont see any program in my start menu , obviously , so please tell me how to fix this problem. I have disables system restore , so can anyone just give me his/her shortcuts? The basic ones like paint etc. Please
Or just tell me is there any other fix? A new user will help???

I would try to type the program name in search, when you see it at the top of the menu, right click. There should be a pin to start. Hope it works, get the New Year off to a good start. Good luck

U r not understanding , everything from start menu > all programs has gone due to this deletion...
Only few are still there , check the attachment , i have just restored Paint by creating its shortcut in Start menu

That might have happened because I removed it for a second because I forgot to remove a shortcut, only took a few seconds, mind trying it again?

Never, EVER disable System Restore.

Never, EVER disable System Restore.

If anything, set aside more space (10% at least) in Sys Restore Config to get more restore points which are saved longer.

This is your ticket back from almost any serious problem, even when the computer won't boot - use your Win7 DVD Repair console>System Restore.

It is the last chance before reimaging the HD from your Win7 backup image, or reinstalling if you don't have one.
