What exactly happens when you press the Power button?

If you can get to the BIOS screen but no further, then try powering it on again to tap the F8 key repeatedly and vigorously. Can you enter Safe Mode to change the setting in Control Panel>Power Options to Display 20 minutes, Sleep 30 minutes, then in Advanced Power Options under Sleep set Hibernate to 60 minutes?

If not when you tap F8 do you see Repair My Computer? CHoose it and then in System Recovery Options choose System Restore to a point before the settings change was made.

If you can't access F8 at all, use your Win7 disk or System Repair Disk to access System Recovery Options to do this.

If problems with powering on, unplug power cord and battery, drain power by holding power button down, then plug back in battery and power cord and try again.

the problem is my laptop was on a sleep mode atm. and i cant turn it on.

Sleep Mode would not prevent you from powering on the laptop. Are you sure it has power?

Unplug power cord and battery, hold power button down for 30 seconds, then put battery back in and plug in power cord to a new outlet which you confirm has power. What happens when you press power button? Are there any LED lights on anywhere?

yes it has. there is some time that ill press the power button but the ligh didnt showed up but the moment i took my finger off from the button, the light was on but it was only less than a second then it was off again.

Can you get the LED light to stay on by jiggling the cord connection, removing or inserting the battery under power?

Can you try another power adapter? Here in the states I can call ahead, take a PC to Geek Squad in Best Buy stores to have them plug in their Universal Power Supply to see if that is the problem. Perhaps you have a shop which will help you that way?

well a friend of mine told me that i just wait until it will be on again. theres a way that he told me but it requires to open the laptop and reset the timer inside. it looks like a coin. but i cant do that thing

The Sleep mode timeout has nothing to do with it not powering up. The whole point of Sleep is that you should be able to wake it up by pressing the Power Button or a key or moving the mouse. So you have other problems.

These may however relate to some other setting you changed? Did you go into BIOS?

You must confirm that your power adapter or battery are functioning if they cannot be reset as I specified. Have you tried another power adapter? Do you have a store that repairs computers where you can take it to try plugging in another charger?

well yeai did some changes in settings. thats the one i told in my post, i changed the turned off display for 1000 miniutes.

I don't think you're understanding. That setting only determines how long it will be before the Display turns off, not how long it will stay off once it times out.

There is nothing to wait for. It is not on a timer to come back on.

Did you try another power adapter?

no. i dont have extra power adapter. i have other laptop here but its not thesame.
