Accidently disabled drivers in msconfig,goes blue screen after restart

While going through ms config I disabled all start up programs and all start up services (except microsoft services). After that, I uninstalled kaspersky then installed avast. I restarted and after the windows logo it shows this bluescreen:

even going to safe mode has the same results

Im not exactly sure if its the drivers or avast.

Specs: core i5, 4gb of ram, with 320gb hdd (i only used 70gb in all) and windows 7 home premium.

I think you need to uninstall Faronics Deep Freeze.

But how will you do it if you cannot boot into the system.

Do a System Restore at Boot using System Recovery Options, to an earlier point of time. See if it allows you to boot to the computer, in either mode. Then do the uninstallation.

I dont have a system backup. Is there a way to uninstall it via cmd or something?

There is a way to uninstall programs via cmd, but You must be logged in as an administrator to be able to do the steps in this tutorial.

In your current situation, I would say that it would be the best for you to perform a clean reinstall.
