Hello Welcome to SF,

I guess multilpe issues are going on. Lets start with basics. If you third-party remote control program. If such software is installed, you can remove it. Make sure that any new hardware that is installed is listed in the Microsoft Windows Marketplace Tested Products List. Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. If your using any Firewall or Antivirus program uninstall it. Update the drivers there are a bunch old drivers.

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also i would recommend to run System Integrity Checker
Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW

Update the Following Driver

actually all the problem solved when i replace ram.....actually the culprit is ram....
....thank again guys.....bad ram haha
